I am spending these dreary winter days dreaming up new flavor profiles for the upcoming season. Always grateful for the physical and mental break that winter in New England affords. Stockpiling sleep, brainstorming new recipes, and always pushing myself and the business in new and exciting directions, is what this post-holiday season is all about!
2014 was AmandaBakes inaugural year. It was a year spent learning new things, meeting new people and forming a foundation for the business to grow upon.
In the 2015 season, the goal for my business is to step out- to take those favorites and burnish them with bold new twists. As bright and as bold as the Airstream herself!

Craft beers, Matcha, Fresh Herbs, Teas, Greece, Honey, Cream, Pignoli, CHOCOLATE, Local Wines, Doughnuts, Classic Snack Cakes and Chèvre.
